Lakeview is a solid brick ranch style house set on over 15 tranquil acres with uninterrupted lake views. It is just a short walk to the lake front with unlimited opportunities for swimming, kayaking and fishing on a section of the lake few frequent. Lakeview is two minutes from Mill Point boat ramp and 3 minutes to Fishermans Landing boat ramp and fishing platform. This property is also only a 5 minute drive to red Bluff for a walk on the surf beach or a 7 minute drive to Lake Tyers surf beach. There is lockup car parking for 2 cars as well as undercover shed bays for boats and jet ski's etc, plus plenty of additional space!

This property is surrounded by farmland and is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with the nearest neighbor well over half a kilometer away. The area offers kilometers of lake access, sandy beaches and great boating opportunities. Lakes Entrance is just a short 10 minute drive and has supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, mini golf, movies, shops and at times seafood sold directly from the trawlers in the marina.

Lake Tyers Beach offers respite from the busy township but for your convenience features a general store and the Waterwheel Tavern for excellent meals and a relaxed afternoon drink.

Bedroom 4: 1 x Queen Sofa Bed

Linen, Towels and Bedding provided for all beds.

Bathroom 2: Walk In Shower. Please note, the spa bath is currently not operational.
