This is a perfectly located beach house. Walk through the back gate to the beach and a walking track to the local tavern. The house has extensive water views of both the lake and the ocean.
The back yard is a small lawn area which leads out to a larger grassy area (public land) which runs alongside the pathway to the beach.
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge.

This property sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
There are three bedrooms, with the following configuration
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Tri Bunk Beds (Double Bottom & Single Top)
Linen, Towels and Bedding provided for all beds.
Please Note: Beach Towels are not provided
Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom/laundry with a shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms are upstairs along with the main bathroom and living/kitchen space. The house flows out to the deck where there is outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a sensational view.
There are two bathrooms one with a bath and separate shower.
Flat Screen TV and DVD player.
The house has a wood fire in the in the main living area
