Luxury holiday house with amazing water views

Architecturally designed, this stunning near new home has everything that you could want for the ultimate holiday experience.

Breathtaking, uninterrupted views with a large expanse of deck wrapping around the house to maximise your outdoor living in style and comfort. The house is cleverly designed so that almost all rooms in the house have water views.

With the Waterwheel Tavern, a boat launching ramp and the most stunning beach just moments away by foot, there is nothing left to do but explore, rejuvenate and relax.

Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge.

BEDROOMS & BEDDING

This property ideal for 12 people, however can accommodate a maximum of 16 people (Using Two futon couches that convert to double beds) Please Note: No Linen or Bedding provided for the Futons - Please bring your own if required.

There are three bedrooms with the following configuration

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed

Bedroom 4: 2 x Single Beds and 2 x Bunk Beds (4 Singles)

Linen, Towels and Bedding provided for all beds except for the two Futons.

Please Note: Beach Towels are not provided

LAYOUT

At entry level there are three large bedrooms. The master room is downstairs with its own kitchen, laundry facilities and living space, providing the perfect retreat. The living space is open plan with large windows showcasing the water views and allowing natural light to pour in. The living space flows out onto the large deck. All rooms have either large windows or sliding doors with fly screens, so you can open the house up to enjoy a gorgeous summer breeze.

BATHROOMS

The house has a large bathroom with double vanity, two showers, a spa bath and toilet. The design of this bathroom enables each facility to be used simultaneously. There is a second toilet off the laundry near the living space and the master ensuite, downstairs, consists of a free standing shower, toilet and vanity.

ENTERTAINMENT

Flat Screen TV and DVD player.

There is a separate games room with a pool table

HEATING/COOLING

The house is heated and cooled by a split system air conditioner

Washing Machine and Dryer

CHILDREN

For the younger ones, there is fenced yard area for small children to safely play on the grass. There is an internal stair case leading down to the master retreat that has a safety gate at the top and a door that can be locked at the bottom.
