Waterfront Holiday House with jetty berth

This large, comfortable double story house is perfect for those who love the water. With sweeping water views of the North Arm, direct water access, a private jetty berth, a large enclosed yard that welcomes pets, a rumpus room with pool table, spacious living and five generous bedrooms; this holiday house has so much to offer.

There are five bedrooms, with the following configuration

Bedroom 5: 1 x Single Bed and 1 x Tri Bunk Beds (Double Bottom & Single Top)

Linen, Towels and Bedding provided for all beds.

LAYOUT

Entry level into the house is to the main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 are all at entry level also.

Down stairs (there is a safety gate at the top of the stairs) is a games room, and bedrooms 4 & 5 with a bathroom between them (dual access to the bathroom).

BATHROOMS

At entry level there is an ensuite with bedroom one, a second bathroom with a shower and bath and separate toilet. Downstairs has a dual access bathroom featuring a toilet and shower.

ENTERTAINMENT

The rumpus room consists of a home theatre system, pool table, badminton set, professional 88 note electric keyboard and blu ray players in both the rumpus and main lounge areas. Additionally you can enjoy a library with over 150 modern books and magazines.

HEATING/COOLING

The main living areas of the house (upstairs and downstairs) are heated/cooled by split system air conditioners. Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms and a cosy wood fire in the lounge (ample firewood is stored in the carport). For those extra chilly winter nights, electric blankets are also fitted to all queen and double beds.
