Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Bed.

Linen, towels and bedding provided for all beds.

Please Note: Beach Towels are not provided

There is two bathrooms, with the following configurations:

Bathroom 1: Ensuite with walk in shower and toilet

Bathroom 2: Walk In shower, bath and a separate toilet.

LIVING AREAS

Large family area with lounge and large TV for entertainment. Combined with the dining area and open kitchen.

ENTERTAINMENT

TV, DVD Player + additional speakers. There is also a TV in the master bedroom.

HEATING/COOLING

Lisieux is heated and cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioning system with ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. A secondary split system is installed in the master bedroom. Additionally, there is a gas log fire in the living area.

LAUNDRY

Washing machine, Ironing board / iron, washing basket and cleaning equipment.

OUTDOOR AREA

Huge backyard with with a gate at the back to access the waters edge. Verandah almost the whole way around and separate section of verandah with outdoor setting.

VIEWS

Established greenery surrounding the property with a slight view of the water through the trees in the back yard.

PARKING

The driveway could fit 2 cars inside the gate; with further parking space outside the front fence and across the road. This is suitable for boat parking.

DISTANCES

Boat Launching Ramp - 2 minute drive to Shavings Point.

Shop (Metung) approx. 5 minute walk, 1 minute drive.

Water: 5 minute walk, 1 minute drive.
